If you put every drop of Coke ever produced into an 8 ounce bottle and laid them end-to-end, they could reach the moon and back over 2,000 times. Now that’s a lot of Coke.

6. The Original Recipe

While we’re on the subject of the drink’s recipe, it was originally marketed as a cure for various ailments, including poor sexual libido. However, John Pemberton, the soda’s creator, was forced to take out the alcohol following prohibition laws. It also orignally contained cocaine, but the substance was removed from the drink in 1903, despite the fact the drug wasn’t outlawed until 1914.

7. Coke-less Countries

There are only two countries on the planet that don’t sell Coca-Cola: Cuba and North Korea. They’re missing out!

10. Dasani

Coca-Cola became a bit of laughing stock when they released their Dasani bottled water in the UK, as their advertisements referred to is as “bottled spunk” – which is the UK equivalent to the word “sperm”. Yeah, we don’t fancy drinking that any time soon.
