10 Mindboggling Disney Crossovers

Anyone with a television has probably seen at least a handful of Disney movies at some point in their lives. So, you might be surprised to learn that Disney movies often crossover into each other’s films. Here’s the proof to prove it…

1. Toy Story

1

If you’re anything like The List Love, you’ve probably seen Toy Story countless times. However, did you ever notice that Mrs. Potato Head is reading a book that features a scene from A Bug’s Life? We thought not.

2. Wall-E

 2

The Pizza Planet truck from Toy Story is commonly featured in many Disney movies, such as Brave, Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc. The most surprising one though has to be that it was featured in Wall-E’s junk collection in the animated film.

3. The Little Mermaid

1

Remember the wedding scene from The Little Mermaid? Of course you do! Well, you might have spotted the king and his court from Cinderella. Blink and you’ll miss him!

4. Up

4

In the above scene from Up, the little girl has two recognisable toys in her bedroom: Lotso Hugging Bear from Toy Story 3 and the Pixar ball.

5. Finding Nemo

6

As well as featuring the Pizza Planet truck, Finding Nemo also features a Buzz Lightyear doll from Toy Story in the dentist’s office.

6. Tangled

2

If you look closely in the library in Tangled, you’ll see that three Disney classics are some of the library books: Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast.

7. Hercules

7

So you thought Scar died, huh? Wrong. If you watch Hercules, you’ll realise he’s very much alive and kicking.

8. 101 Dalmatians

8

When Pongo and Perdita need the help of other dogs in 101 Dalmatians, it looks as though they got a little help from two familiar pups, Lady and the Tramp.

9. Ratatouille

3

Did you think the dog’s shadow in Ratatouille looked a little familiar? That’s because it is Dug from Up. The film was also released two years before Up.

10. Tarzan

4

You have to love the music scene in Tarzan. You’ll love it even more once you realise that Mrs. Potts and Chip from Beauty and the Beast make a cameo.
